Update On Our Disciples' Cross Project

Well we did the math and $2000 per month is a pretty good goal for our disciples' cross craft project but my business partner and I really haven't started this venture as yet. I guess life got in the way. I homeschool, she has four kids and then my family prepared for the arrival of our Aussie cousins. We hope to get this project under way within the next couple of weeks.

I did, however, already receive $10 from their affiliate program for signing up one person. That is not a bad deal, my friends. If you don't know the story of this cross project click on the Disciple's Cross banner on top of this blog.

In any case, Lady Peas (code name) and I are getting ready to view the lessons that were sent on CD (or DVD, whichever) so that we can finally make a decent living. I'll be doing the actual creating and she will handle the PR. However, if we can't sell these crosses (which I know we can) the company will buy these back . . . meaning we could just make a living making this craft for them and get paid per piece. Sounds like a plan but, I must admit, we have a grand vision to sell at book stores and craft faires and most likely online. I'll let you know if we actually hit $2000 a month consistently. That's my goal.

There is a website that sells prebent nails in case you have any problems. It takes away the headache and frustration over making perfect, or near-perfect, crosses. You can find them at:
