A Little Help For My Sensitive Teeth

Sensitive teeth? That might be a little bit of an understatement. Well, at least for me. My pearly whites don't react well to cold, nor warm water for that matter. And on many occasions, when my mouth is extremely dry, the gentlest of breezes will bring an ache on my teeth. Yes, I know, pretty weird things happening in my mouth. In any case, have you ever had a cold that effected any or all of your teeth? You know, it's even hard to brush them in the morning. Again, it could be me.

I've tried Sensodyne, which of course helped for a little while but not for long. Plus I really didn't like the taste or feel of it. So I finally stumbled upon a product called Biotene and thought I'd give it a try. It's only been a week or so but I have to say my teeth are feeling a little stronger. If you know what I mean. The cold water is not so much an issue, especially in the morning, and we shall have to see what the wind can do. There really isn't even a breeze here in the desert right now.

Furthermore, one of my major issues is dry mouth. Biotene, my favorite sensitive toothpaste at the moment, seems to be helping out there as well. Now, I had no clue that dry mouth could cause sensitivity of my teeth. Not to mention many other problems like dry eyes or cracked lips . . . and the list goes on. Honestly, if I had known of this product years ago I might have saved myself from a lot of pain. I am hoping this will resolve my sensitive teeth issue and not just mask it, so to speak. After all, it is one of their promises. It would be better, however, if you would allow the people at Biotene to explain it all.
