My friend, M. J., has studied martial arts since he was just a child. This did well for masking a lot of his pain. Mind over matter I suppose. Unfortunately, in his late twenties he started to experience a few aches and a continual pain in his lower back. Of course, the dull ache was felt all the way down his, if I may be so bold as to say, his buttocks (the left side to be precise). It got so bad that sleeping on a bed became an issue.
Finally, upon a visit to the doctor, it was revealed that he had re-injured an old sports injury. M. J. promptly reminded the doctor that he never played sports. The doctor then asked if he had done any karate or something similar in the martial arts. Ah, indeed it was true. All that kicking, jumping, rolling, fighting (um, I mean self-defense) and even climbing whatever wall, tree or any such obstacle had contributed to his aches and pains.
He continues to run, even to this day, but he can be seen stretching out that back and left side of his you know what. All this to say, of course, Freeze It already! He really needs to know there is help for him. I've tried the Freeze It Gel myself and I am passing the wisdom onto to him. If he wishes to continue jumping out of trees he will have to listen. Can't wish those aches and pains away any longer.
Now, I'm thinkin' that if this stuff is advanced therapy for muscle and joint pain M. J. could get a good night's rest instead of rudely being awakened from the pain. The floor just isn't where one ought to sleep. Not to mention this gel can relieve back pain, sore knees and I've heard it totally works miracles for people suffering from Fybromyalga.
So here's to your health, M. J., may you continue to honor your sport and hopefully with a lot less pain.
